We take great care in crafting and delivering our HeArtWork By DOJO products to you. Please review the details below regarding processing and shipping times for our different product categories.

Hearthelds™ (Handmade Crochet Dolls)

Each Hearthelds™ is handmade with care and crafted locally in Chicago by Carla’s Creations. Due to the detailed craftsmanship and high demand, please allow 1–3 weeks for processing and production before your order is shipped. Once ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business daysafter processing.

Posters & Canvas Art

Our poster and canvas items are processed and shipped through Printify, a third-party print-on-demand platform. Processing times may vary, but most orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days, followed by standard shipping times depending on your location.

Books – Lil Shorty Love

All book purchases are fulfilled through Amazon. If you purchase a book directly on our website, our team will manually place the order through Amazon on your behalf, which may add a few extra processing days. For the fastest delivery, we encourage you to purchase directly from Amazon.
